About the Event

As we get caught up with the busyness of the world, we tend to lose our connection with ourselves and others. This leads to a sense of aloofness and an unfulfilled life. Mindfulness provides us a way to reconnect, heal and pave the way to a healthy, wholesome state of being.

We invite you to learn the practice of Integrative Mindfulness - in a series of 10 sessions - based on a neuroscientific approach that helps you integrate the practice into your daily lives.

The course is ideal for all those who wish to live their life in a more present and mindful way.

Working professionals, coaches, teachers, educators, nurses, therapists, human resource representatives, social workers, and anyone else who works with people would benefit from this program. Others who would like to expand or deepen their practice of mindfulness are also welcome to join us.
